Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Select your reason for return and download a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completing the online request.

Pack the Shoes

Place the unworn shoes in their original Stride Rite box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring all original tags are attached.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
